Marathon feat How a fast-food fan became a long-distance runner
"Two years ago, Aaron Howlett was so lazy he had chips delivered from the shop next door."

" On one occasion, despite having already eaten three main courses from a Chinese take-away, he was still hungry. So he bought another meal from a stranger in the street. "

" It was being unable to play with his niece Ellie without breaking into a sweat, feeling breathless and suffering chest pains which marked a turning point for Aaron. "

" And it led him to improve his health so much he was able to run the London marathon. "

" He says: "The day with Ellie was a turning point. I was so upset I could not play with her and she was upset, which upset me even more." "

" "The landlords would invariably offer me a pint and I could be drinking 12-18 pints of beer a night." "

" Aaron saw an advert for Living TV's 'Biggest Loser Contest' and was selected from thousands of applicants for the weight-loss competition. "

" He was so worried about the thought of taking part in the 10-week retreat that the night before he indulged in his Chinese take-away binge. "

" He lost 5st 12lbs (37.1 kg) on the course, and then another 4st (25.4 kg) in the next nine weeks working from home to go from 25 stone (158.7kg) to 15 stone (95.2kg), . "

" Aaron, now a lifestyle coach, won the competition, but gave away his 25,000 prize money to his niece and some of the other contestants. "

" "I didn't want the money because I wanted to have done it
