I am certain that weights are key to losing weight; with the increased muscle tissue I can eat a bit more and still maintain my weight." Bodman says his workout "works for me but it still does not make my list of fun things to do. I'd rather be fishing than walking, any day." " "Nutrition: He likes and will eat "almost anything." He has half an orange in the morning after getting up. Following his workout and walk he eats oatmeal, fruit and coffee. In the afternoon he has a zucchini muffin with tea. He eats either breakfast or lunch, not both. Dinner starts with a salad and might include beef, fish or chicken. He eats small portions, no seconds, and has a small dessert. He doesn't snack. He always drinks a glass of red wine or a beer with dinner. He doesn't eat junk or processed food, nothing with trans fats or a lot of chemicals. He prefers fresh and/or organic foods. He takes a multivitamin and rarely eats in restaurants. " "Coming up? Bodman plans to play masters softball this summer. He'll also do some hiking, toting his catch-and-release fishing pole just in case. The Bend area and the Deschutes River are favorite destinations.
